The month of September 2006 saw the continued slow down in Naples real estate condo market. During 09/05 a total of 328 condos were sold, while in Sept. ’06 only 124 condos were sold.
This represents approximately 62.2% drop in sales volume from last year.
The price range for condominiums sold was $68,500 to $5,150,000 with an average price of $895,334.
