My nomination for “BIG DOG” of the week: Two weeks ago, a friend of mines impatient wife called in for me. At the time, I was not in the office and so she asked to talk to any salesperson. When the floor person took the phone call, she took the information on the type of real estate this person was looking for and promised to get back to her. At the tail end of the conversation the girl mentioned that her husband is a friend of mine but that she did not care who she worked with.
