Vanderbilt Country Club is a bundled gated Naples golf course community which borders Vanderbilt Beach Road and Collier Boulevard (formerly known as County Road 951). The community has about 800 homes in the 323 acre golf course community and includes estate homes, detached villas, coach homes, and condominiums.

Estate Homes in Vanderbilt Country Club
The 102 estate homes are clustered in the eastern portion of the community along the golf course’s first nine holes. The typical estate home site is about 80 by 140 feet, allowing the addition of pools. Five floor plans are available. Each includes a two car garage and various exterior elevations.
Villa Homes in Vanderbilt Country Club
Vanderbilt Country Club has 120 detached villa homes and are in two areas of the community. They ring the southwestern border along the twelfth through fourteenth holes of the golf course and are the northern and eastern edges of the community along the second through fourth and seventh and eighth homes. Waterford in Vanderbilt Country Club has 240 condominiums in 10, three story buildings of 24 residences, each surrounding the tenth and eleventh holes. The buildings are equipped with elevators, and offer views of the golf course, lakes and wooded areas.
Each two and three bedroom condominium includes a private entry, covered parking and a screened lanai. Waterford has a neighborhood pool.
