Situated on a peninsula, the gated community offers three buildings with similar views. Residences, with three or four bedrooms from 2400 square feet.
There are three pools and a fitness center. Members have access to the clubhouse, dining room, fitness center, tennis courts, and water taxi to the beach.
The large boat basin with dockage accommodates craft of various sizes, up to approximately 55 feet. Very few condominiums in the area can offer yachters this type of amenity.
